How can I track my order?
You can track your order through two methods.
When your order is out for delivery;
- You will receive the tracking number of your order via email.
- Simply click your order # on MY PAGE and the tracking number will be available under the products ordered.

We apologize but once your order has been placed, the payment method cannot be altered.

Please note that you have to return your order to us by using your local postal service or a courier and you will be responsible for all return shipping charges.
Products that do not comply with our return policy cannot be returned, so please check our return policy before applying for a return.
How long will a refund take?
Our returns are handled promptly, with processing taking place in 3-5 business days after receipt at our headquarters.
Please note that during periods of high volume, processing times may be longer.
Rest assured, you'll receive your refund within 3-5 days after processing, although bank/card processing times may vary.

I want to update/delete my account

From there, you can easily edit your saved addresses.

We are very sorry but the exact restock schedule are uncertain and varies based on product and brand.
