All orders paid for before 2pm on January 24th (Friday) will be dispatched on the same day. Any orders paid for after 2pm on January 24th (Friday) will start to be dispatched sequentially from January 31st (Friday). We would appreciate your understanding that if the volume of logistics is high, same-day dispatch may not be possible and dispatch may be delayed.

Refund products received on January 23rd (Thursday) will be processed as usual on the same day. Those received on January 24th (Friday) will start to be processed sequentially from January 31st (Friday).
