[Delivery Notice Hangul Day]
Please note that due to the public holiday on October 9th (Wednesday) in Hangul Day, our online store customer service and delivery will not be operating. We kindly ask that you refer to the following details when using our online store.
<Online Shipment Notice>
All orders paid for before 2 pm on October 8th (Tuesday) will be dispatched on the same day. Any orders paid for after 2 pm on October 8th (Tuesday) will start to be dispatched sequentially from October 10th (Thursday).
We would appreciate your understanding that if the volume of logistics is high, same-day dispatch may not be possible and dispatch may be delayed.
[Refund Information]
Refund products received on October 7th (Monday) will be processed as usual on the same day. Those received on October 8th (Tuesday) will start to be processed sequentially from October 10th (Thursday).
We kindly ask for your understanding if there are delays in the processing of exchanges/refunds due to high volume of logistics.
