● Exchange/Refund Policy
* Products whose sales value has been damaged due to negligence in product management upon receipt of the product cannot be exchanged or refunded.
* When receiving the product, please check whether the product is defective or not.
* Products that are returned without confirmation of product defects may be the customer's responsibility.
* Products with signs of wear cannot be exchanged or refunded, and may be A/S in accordance with the Consumer Dispute Resolution Standards announced by the Fair Trade Commission.
1. In case of exchange/refund, all products must be requested for exchange/refund within 7 days of receiving the product.
2. When requesting an exchange/refund, the return fee is paid in advance, and if a refund is required, the return fee will be refunded to the customer's account.
3. In case of exchange, only exchanges of the same product size are possible.
4. Please return the product without removing the tag in an unused state.
5. After confirming whether or not the goods returned to the head office have been received, refunds will be made after inspection.
6. If you request an exchange/return of a product due to your simple change of mind, please understand that the courier cost is the responsibility of the customer.
7. If the contents of the supplied product have been implemented differently (defective product, etc.), you can apply for exchange/return within 3 months from the date of receipt or 30 days from the date you were able to know.
8. In accordance with Article 17 of the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc. (withdrawal of subscription, etc.), if the product cannot be returned, it will not be exchanged or returned.
