Please note that due to the public holiday on January 1st (Wednesday) in New Year's Day, our online store customer service and delivery will not be operating. We kindly ask that you refer to the following details when using our online store.

All orders paid for before 2pm on December 31th (Tuesday) will be dispatched on the same day. Any orders paid for after 2pm on December 31th (Tuesday) will start to be dispatched sequentially from January 2nd (Thursday). We would appreciate your understanding that if the volume of logistics is high, same-day dispatch may not be possible and dispatch may be delayed.

Refund products received on December 30th (Monday) will be processed as usual on the same day. Those received on December 31th (Tuesday) will start to be processed sequentially from January 2nd (Thursday). We kindly ask for your understanding if there are delays in the processing of refunds due to high volume of logistics.
