Please note that due to the public holiday on April 10st (wednesday) in NATIONAL ASSEMBLY ELECTIONS , our online store customer service and delivery will not be operating. We kindly ask that you refer to the following details when using our online store.

All orders paid for before 2 pm on April 9th (Tuesday) will be dispatched on the same day. Any orders paid for after 2 pm on April 9th (Tuesday) will start to be dispatched sequentially from April 11th (Thursday).

We would appreciate your understanding that if the volume of logistics is high, same-day dispatch may not be possible and dispatch may be delayed.

Refund products received on April 8th (Monday) will be processed as usual on the same day. Those received on April 9th (Tuesday) will start to be processed sequentially from April 11th (Thursday).

We kindly ask for your understanding if there are delays in the processing of exchanges/refunds due to high volume of logistics.
