Please note that due to the public holiday on January 14 (Saturday) ~ January 18(Wednesday) in LUNAR NEW YEAR, our online store customer service and delivery will not be operating. We kindly ask that you refer to the following details when using our online store.

All orders paid for before 2pm on January 13 (Friday) will be dispatched on the same day. Any orders paid for after 2pm on January 13 (Friday) will start to be dispatched sequentially from January 19 (Thursday). We would appreciate your understanding that if the volume of logistics is high, same-day dispatch may not be possible and dispatch may be delayed.
[Refund Information]
Refund products received on January 12 (Thursday) will be processed as usual on the same day. Those received on January 13 (Friday) will start to be processed sequentially from January 19 (Thursday).
We kindly ask for your understanding if there are delays in the processing of refunds due to high volume of logistics.
