Orders with payment completed by 2:00 PM on April 30 will be shipped the same day. Orders with payment completed after 2:00 PM will be shipped sequentially starting May 6.

Please note that same-day shipping may not be available during periods of high order volume, and delivery may be delayed.

Refund requests received after April 30 will be processed sequentially starting May 6. Please note that refund processing may be delayed due to a high volume of requests.
