All orders paid for before 2pm on April 30th (Wednesday) and May 2nd (Friday) will be dispatched on the same day. Any orders paid for after 2pm on April 30th (Wednesday) and May 2nd (Friday) will start to be dispatched sequentially from May 7th (Wednesday). We would appreciate your understanding that if the volume of logistics is high, same-day dispatch may not be possible and dispatch may be delayed.

Refund products received on April 29th (Tuesday) will be processed as usual on the same day. Those received on April 30th (Wednesday) will start to be processed sequentially from May 7th (Wednesday). We kindly ask for your understanding if there are delays in the processing of refunds due to high volume of logistics.
