*Purchases are limited to one item per product and size for Worksout members only.

*Purchases can only be made with the buyer’s own credit card after identity verification with a photo ID.

*No numbered tickets will be distributed; customers must wait in line for entry.

*Unofficial waiting lists will not be acknowledged.

*Holding spots in line using bags, accessories, or similar items is not allowed.

*Waiting with large items such as tents or mats is not permitted (small, single-person chairs are allowed).

*Failure to comply with these guidelines will result in ineligibility to purchase.
