• Please be aware that customs duties and VAT are not included in the product pricing and must be settled separately by the customer.
• Attempts to manipulate or falsify the purchase amount (ex. under value) are strictly prohibited.
• Upon successful completion of an order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your account.
• As a commitment to reducing our carbon footprint, invoices will be issued in a paperless format.

Order Cancellation

• To cancel your order, please reach out to us via our "LiveChat" option on the bottom right of our website.
• It is important to note that based on the shipping status of your order, cancellation may not be possible.
• Once an order has been fulfilled, it can no longer be cancelled or modified.
• In the event that cancellation is approved, a refund will be processed within a timeframe of 3-5 business days.
