Exchange
- We do not provide exchange service.
- If you desire to exchange a product, it is necessary to initiate a return for the original order and place a new order for the desired item.
Return
- We have a 7-day return policy for all products.
- Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of receipt.
- Returns cannot be processed beyond the 7-day return period. If you return it after the period has expired, please understand as we process the return once again.
- Returns may not be accepted for the following reasons:
- Destruction or damage caused by the customer
- Decreased value due to customer use or partial consumption
- Decreased value due to the passage of time
- Destruction of packaging for copyable goods

- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
- A full product refund will be given for returns with prepaid shipping.
- Returns will be processed within 3-5 working days upon receipt and inspection.
