Please note that due to the public holiday on September 28th (Thursday) to October 3th (Tuesday) in CHUSEOK & NATIONAL FOUNDATION DAY, our online store customer service and delivery will not be operating. We kindly ask that you refer to the following details when using our online store.

<Online Shipment Notice>

All orders paid for before 2 pm on September 25th (Monday) will be dispatched on the same day. Any orders paid for after 2 pm on September 25th (Monday) will start to be dispatched sequentially from October 4th (Wednesday). We would appreciate your understanding that if the volume of logistics is high, same-day dispatch may not be possible and dispatch may be delayed.

<Refund Information>

Refund products received on September 22th (Friday) will be processed as usual on the same day. Those received on September 25th (Monday) will start to be processed sequentially from October 4th (Wednesday). We kindly ask for your understanding if there are delays in the processing of exchanges/refunds due to high volume of logistics.
