All orders paid for before 2 pm on June 5th (Wednesday) will be dispatched on the same day. Any orders paid for after 2 pm on June 5th (Wednesday) will start to be dispatched sequentially from June 7th (Friday).

We would appreciate your understanding that if the volume of logistics is high, same-day dispatch may not be possible and dispatch may be delayed.

Refund products received on June 4th (Tuesday) will be processed as usual on the same day. Those received on June 5th (Wednesday) will start to be processed sequentially from June 7th (Friday).

We kindly ask for your understanding if there are delays in the processing of exchanges/refunds due to high volume of logistics.
