All orders paid for before 2 pm on September 14th (Wensday) will be dispatched on the same day. Any orders paid for after 2 pm on September 14th (Wensday) will start to be dispatched sequentially from September 16th (Friday).

We would appreciate your understanding that if the volume of logistics is high, same-day dispatch may not be possible and dispatch may be delayed.

Refund products received on September 13th (Tuesday) will be processed as usual on the same day. Those received on September 14th (Wensday) will start to be processed sequentially from September 16th (Friday).

We kindly ask for your understanding if there are delays in the processing of exchanges/refunds due to high volume of logistics.
